Mines a no show (in the 600s too) and we live about 10 miles away. Although the Eagle Rock post office is notoriously bad.

I hope to do this in around 12 years time when my Daughter has finished school and I no longer have to stay in dreaded catchment areas. Then my life can shift down a gear and I can go for long walks with the wife in the fresh, unpolluted air. I hope my Micallef is here by then.
False alarm. It is here! I agree with the comments on here, it is HUGE. Now I have to decide how to frame it.
