Anywhere between ยฃ100 - ยฃ200, my Applause cost ยฃ209 but I do live in a relatively rural area where there's not much competition and my framers do a good job, I think you'd be pushed to get it done for less than ยฃ100 though.  
The old adage comes to mind... you get what you pay for and that is especially true with framing
My Applause also cost over ยฃ200 to frame in london.
If you want acid free mounts, conservation mount board and UV glass etc you have to make this clear when you make the order or you will be quoted the cheapest option which is not always the best for you beloved prints.
the first pieces i had were done framed at a bog standard frame shop and were very cheap, then when i had them quote me to frame them to conservation standard they were twice to three times the price.
and more if you have Museum glass

I'm assuming it's the justseeds print Pez, i cant think of anything else that's due from overseas and they did send me a shipping advice at the end of Sept..

apparently i should of paid ยฃ7.50 VAT & ยฃ8 Royal Mail handling charge - total ยฃ15.50
it wasn't marked as a gift - marked as Art Print $300

I've only been caught once and they wanted ยฃ17 for a ยฃ42 print, they claimed that it was due to tax on the handling fee of ยฃ38 but as far as I can tell no-one paid a handling fee so in answer to your question I think they make it up as they go along and charge as much as they think they can get away with.

dont get me started on the numbers... i had a really really low number first and then with the protex f*ck up ordered the second one 500 something.
mailed POW and they confirmed back to me in writing that they would cancel one order and i would get the lowest number.....needless to say that did not happen.
at least i got a print unlike people who had their orders cancelled.

consider yourself lucky you even got a print and dont get angry about the print numbers.. to be honest they do not matter. I really wonder why low numbers mean so much to people. I would rather save some dollar and get a higher number personally

exactly....... the no. makes no differance at all mate, with all the shit going on in the world lets be happy that all we worry about is geting the right no. !!?

After sending an email a nice lady phoned me up within half an hour and has told me the opening times for the depo tomorrow. Very pleasent suprise!
Sod's law it will be a random DVD I bought and have now forgotton about as opposed to GIWTBB or Cyclops!
