Banksy NOLA Print on POW, by graeme501 on Nov 24, 2008 19:23:35 GMT 1, are people really terrified, scared ect of losing the prints? bit far tbh, it is after all, only a print i hear yah, but i do think we have a right to be scared, yes it's only a print but it's one great print and we all thought we had purchased it on Thursday, so when 10's of members say they have had their orders pulled it's a bit scary, i know what you mean it's only a print but if you had bagged one and then most post on this forum keep telling you that they have lost their print I'm sure you would be scared too, yes? it's only ink and paper but it's money
i did bag one, but if i check my email or my bank account and have been refunded, then yes obviously i would be dissapointed, but i havent been terrified about a refund, if it happened, then it happened - nobody's fault, just too many orders on a system

I concur, considering the fit he/she had on the board he'll be lucky if he's not banned after two goes from one IP regardless of the reason.

Hmmmmm. lets see, the print dropped on thursday. refunds processed friday. statement issued monday. so it's been 2 business days. and it turns out, unless you're banned from pow, you'll be getting your print after all.

yes in light of the response it would be a slight overreaction as you will get a print , but you posted before anyone knew and i replied before i knew, so i still stick to what i said before, but well done for getting a print

That seems a bit quick given the hassle they've had today and reallocating print numbers etc... here's hoping though. I thought I had lost out on this so a massive thanks to all at POW for sorting this out.

Those that bought on the Friday are still customers who bought in good faith and should not be penalised as they will be just as disappointed as the people who bought on the Thursday.

i think the only reasonable thing to do in this situation is for banksy to make a new series of hand sprayed canvases revolving around the word friday to give to each and every 21/11 refund victim
