why not? if I were POW I'd be buying up all of them and banning the buyers and reallocating the prints. just because they hit buy it now it does mean they'll actually pay, just means they are getting their contact info to cancel their order.
After they shipped I'd buy them all up again (not pay) and ban the flippers.

all they need is the edition number from the seller. edit: er...just thought about that and they could say a completely different number and get a perfectly honest buyer banned. they could request the POW confirmation email to be forwarded before payment. that'll catch em.

after getting one first on thursday at 4pm and being alocated a print number i lost that one, then i stayed online untill 9am on friday and managed to get another which i paid for and recieved all the emails to confirm
i now find out it has been refunded
no emails from POW to say they have refunded
So i spent 21 hours in all trying to get this print, should have been given the one i was alocated on thursday, then to lose the one on friday also now
i am not happy
Why should they take my print that i purchased on friday to cover a buyer on thursday, when i was one of those who also was allocated a print on thursday

fist one on thursday, i was laocated a print number, went to payment page was filling out my details, clicked confirm and got an error, clicked back in my browser and still showed the print number and details, but could not comlete the payment page. I checked the basket and the print was removed
Got an email on thursday, from pow stating that it was unlucky and not all order go through. So then spent many hours hoping the another would come up
Second one on friday, had no problemd, bagged it, paid, recieved confirmation
i was so happy when i managed to get the friday one, as i felt cheated from the thursday allocation, but now that has also been taken away from me
