Ok it's taking time but so what? Be thankful you're getting a replacement in the first place. I certainly hope none of those complaining are waiting on a Grey Nola.
no they are not reprinting. they have already been printed and we are waiting on Banksy to sign them. and no it is not our fault that they package extremely expensive art in piece of shit tubes and then expect nothing to happen to the tubes. POW saying FU and sending a refund would be the WORST customer service. Making people wait 3 months plus for a replacement is bad customer service. they would have had signed replacements on hand if they hadn't gotten called out for selling them out the back door already. i will be thankful when i have the print.

Its a white one but its still in the tube , that thing its packed into is kinda weird will look more into it tonight or when I receive my itoya envelop to store it
