Would have loved to. But sadly just visiting Bristol for the day tomorrow with the family. Went to the show on opening day (with a lovely forum member). Now want to take the kids - they will so love it, I know.
Back to the midlands for the weekend, kids footie training etc...

the sun has got his hat on and were coming out to play  .
Not flipped my lid here but the sun is shining and im still alive as most of us here are, we all like Art on here and mostly have a laugh so innit good!, im off to do a good deed for the day now and try to make someone smile (no not by shutting the **** up).

They loved it.
The animatronics room was a huge hit.
But most of all they loved looking for the B pieces through the rest of the museum, as I guessed they would.
There were a few dissapointments.
3 of the animatrinics pieces were not working - the fishfingers were floating motionless at the top of the tank, the aged tweetie-pie was completely dead, and the cctv birds were all not working at all.
The kids were pissed off that the shop was closed by twenty to five, as they had been promised a poster. It was a 2 1/4 hour drive there and back, so we cant pop back for one. A little warning that the shop was closing would have been good. I do appreciate the paradox of a banksy exhibition and museum shop consumerism!
Nontheless, a great day for the lads. So apologies for the little moan.
I got to see quite a few new/missed pieces from my visit on opening day, not least the new ronald, the hash pipe that i had missed, the di-faced tenners, the shopping trolley cave painting, the turd in a cone, the dildo stalagmite, the new rat, and the MJ shrine.
Also managed to take the kids to see a couple of B street pieces - the one with the kid about to burst the bag behind the police marksman, and the one with the naked guy hanging from the window - real shame to see that this one has been splattered with blue paint since I was last there. 
And, this time I got a show flyer - last time they ran out, with the last one being given to the chap in front of me (you know who you are!!).
