Which to a certain extent is fair enough as it was a gift.
So I believe very hard to have an accurate price as it depends on the provenance as to when and how it was gifted and you trust that.

although these were not part of a numbered run and not meant for sale they cannot deny they are genuine products with genuine signatures .
just try to get something a different way , all a future buyer cares about is that infact its genuine
i also think that collectors like rare things and gift prints are that , in the future these may be worth more you never know , you will need full history proof and someone to say its at least genuine .

So your gift and I buy off you is fine all happy. It when I want to sell to someone else. Etc the further you go down the line the more tenuopus it gets.

You could also though have problems selling if that's what you want to do.

It's clear that everybody's different and whereas I think I'm susceptible, sorry I mean an easy touch, and would probably be prepared to accept (given half a chance) an inexpensive gift print with even a tenuous provenance ; an inexpensive back doorer; any B with v. light damage - except a S&S cos I've already got one I know a lot of forum members wouldn't.

If that was/is the case, then I would be inclined to think the original owner would have applied for COA's themselves and sold the works for probably more.
There is more to this thread then meets the eye imo

For sale is a Nola White Rain, signed and stamped but is not numbered it is framed with uv glass and acid free materials.
Also for sale is Neon Yellow Rain, signed and stamped but is not numbered.

The original COA is useful depending on the background. They are rare and unusual etc. Eg the yellow Nola is a bit speial etc
The provenance can really up the price on these as that's what makes them even more special IMO

This reason doesn't sit comfortably with me, particularly after their appearance in the background of another photo.
Very easy to be sceptical, but without a COA on these I'd be wary. I think photos of signature and stamp are needed, plus the provenance.

Dear jv, please don't middle me up in your detective work, I own a grey, White and yellow and have owned them for over 2 years, a few forum members have been to my home to purchase other prints and have seen them in the flesh and know that I'm not solly, also mine are framed different and are NOT for sale, also solly does not have a grey one and from his pics his living room is a different colour to mine.
