a simple 'No' would suffice 
part of the reason i wouldn't buy this framed (apart from the fact i'd do it differently) is that any marks and/or damage to the rear of the print and even on the face to some extent as the reflective nature of the glass can sometimes mask imperfections.
i'd highly recommend people be wary of anyone selling a print where they refuse to sell unframed, you have to ask yourself why?
