This could be the first Avant Arte timed release that only makes two digits. The only improvement would be making this print even smaller (if that is possible).
The numbers for the Elizabeth Peyton editions are 40 and 100, but I honestly don’t think they sold have of that.

From Women are Heroes to most recent lithos, but the website don't mention his early prints... There are not even his in archive or most sought?? What about his first ever print, the autoportrait at Studiocromie, and a few others... Gone! Not even mentioned.
Remember guys, many years ago, most people here were claiming JR was the big thing  He was trendy, doing TEDtalk and doing art action with communities... he did the JR Trust asking anyone to participate buying posters to complete his trust projects. End of the line, only a few of his projects were completed (the art center in Rio), the rest was dropped; then the name Trust was dropped. He just fooled people, enriching himself using the fake philanthropy so that he can buy the print house in Paris, studio in NY, etc. Now, he is doing his lithos in that old print house, fair enough... and he does a lot indeed. He is definitely going round and round but being a total "French bobo".
I bought one of his first print because I liked the energy, the project (Women are heroes), etc. as a new propaganda art (but collective)... now years later, he is just a Parisian bobo meddling with politicians, actors, celebs and famous. "Pétard, cigare", so irritating!
"Pétard, cigare" is a common term in French to denominate socialists/revolutionist/etc. who manifested in the Paris riot in 1968 (pétard means spliff) and ended up years later in offices smoking cigars.
