i was gone for one day. i have relied to your emails. i made you a offer, you didnt accept it. you countered with $10,000. Since I didnt accept it, I didnt think I had to do anything about it. Please dont make it seem like I had to retract my offer! IF you had done the counter offer on ebay like you were supposed to, and not on the side, maybe this confusion would have never happened. As I have said in my emails and on this forum, once you didnt accept my original offer, I spent the money elsewhere. Ive tried to raise the money, but have not been successful. I am truely sorry I cant complete this deal, but I no longer have the money.

mustard- had you sent CJ a legit counter-offer of 10k through Ebay, the 9k offer would have disappeared not allowing you to accept it afterwards. I realize mnost people negotiate through emails, but lesson learned here.

Imo i would have thought if cj was spending the money elsewhere he would have confirmed with the seller he no longer wanted them or retracted his bid as all the time the offers valid the seller can accept @ any time so its a near done sale if the seller accepts.
Its clear CJ doesnt have the funds for the prints now so a gesture of paying the sellers listing fees so the sellers not out of pocket would be the honourable thing, the seller can then claim his fvf from ebay & hopefully find another buyer.
