There are at least three with galleries that I know of at £18/21.6k that will not budge on their prices. I know as I tried.
I would certainly be looking to pay between £13/15k privately if you can find one.
I should state that I own one but I can also add I paid around this figure for mine. I also know of two others bought privately around the £13k/£14k mark.
There was one or maybe two that sold from two separate on line galleries at very low prices that I never got to the bottom of in relation to condition and legitimacy. Red herrings if you ask me.

I had the same problem with most galleries with them not budging at all on prices at around the 18k mark.
I got lucky with the gallery in the states as they waived their commission as the seller was reinvesting the money from the sale into another one of their pieces. Saved me a pretty penny

When i was looking last year galleries weren't budging from 15-17k (GBP) depending on the gallery. I ended up finding one privately in the states but it wasn't easy to find one.
