having the money in hand will always help you to get a good price..
sometimes i see prints for sale really really cheap and even framed but dont have the cash but i have learned and now im saving and just waiting for the prints that i need to come up for sale

I think this print dose not need any hyping, it's will have a wider appeal than most Banksy prints,just like Girl With Balloon (imo). Yes prices will fluctuate, as they always do, but i think they will not be to far from ยฃ2k any time soon, unless the market is flooded after xmas, as the credit crunch bites.
