Thanks Robin, I'm experimenting a lot using a muted colour palette lately, enjoying using lots of subtle variations of greys. It's amazing, just using a hint of warmth or coolness in a grey can completely shift the mood of a painting

Details below -
Fish out of water - Spray paint, stencil and Acrylic on canvas, 100 x 100cm
'Everything in between'
A brand new collection of paintings and prints by Oliver Winconek. This is my first big UK solo show, I've finally plucked up the courage after taking part in loads of group shows over the years.
The show is on at Castle Arts Gallery in Canterbury, Kent. The private view is 1st September, 6-8pm, all are welcome. Drop the gallery an email to mail@castlearts.co.uk to be added to the guest list.
I will also be releasing two new prints on the night, there will be a full catalogue available of all the work as the show opens, 40 of the show catalogues have been boxed and I have hand painted each one, these will be available at ยฃ75 each.
Hope to see lots of you at the show, I will be the one in the shiny blue suit

Hopefully going to try and make it along sir, weirdly enough thought about you locked away in your studio today and whizzed over to your website to see if there were any sneaky previews (signed up to your newsletter whilst I was there). Love the site, is it quite new?

Really hope you can make it to the show, would be good to catch up. The site is new, have just had it all updated. quite a few extra bits to come from the site as well as the months progress.
Sohoria - Thank you for the kind words, I hope people will be amazed, I've experimented a lot with the new work so it will be great to see peoples reactions to it

I will be doing more drawings soon though, I really enjoy making them. I have done some street scapes, the piece I'm most happiest with is a 4 layer painting on clear perspex with each layer spaced apart so it gives an impression of depth, almost looks 3D!
