This print may be extremely well printed, have very fine detail and you could tell me a million times that it is the best thing since sliced bread but I will never like it.
The blue/green pop tart however is a classic whereas this is just another 'Green Lady'.

I'm pleased that they have been released at ยฃ250, this seems a good price for the folks who like it enough to queue (and I think there will be one of those....). I don't unconditionally love D's work but I'd like a DSTQ big time, who wouldn't?
But I'd prefer to throw a couple more quid at 'what have I become' than one of these.....and no I don't have one of them, although if someone wants to sell me one that they don't want I'd welcome a PM (I know BRP have them...)

why do you like darren? Interested to hear. As my biggest problems with this print are:

Ans. Lots of other stuff, I was down in Brighton yesterday having a browse and must admit I was taken by Ambience Galleries work by Neil Dawson - which means I must be getting old but would look a lot better on most walls than this offering (imo).

Its a bit Marmite is the old Green Lady but i have to confess i have been looking to get one for ages now.......

Don't panic Wiz, I was disengaged by a smartarse 10 year old girl (Vera Lynn jnr) but am back - best of luck for those who are intending to rock up tomorrow and queue for these. The beauty of the market is its subjectiveness. As before, I'm interested if anyone's got a 'what have I become' but there's only a limited amount of sunshine left in England this year and it'd be a waste to spend it queuing....
