There not that bad, each time i have emailed they have sent one back within a day..
The temples were put back , so sickboy can work on new stuff for his show this summer. The temples will still be sold later on in the year so not all bad news

Hmmm.
I ordered some spraypaint from them a few weeks back & after emailing them 10 days after i paid they had 'forgot' to process my order.
Emailed them sunday to find out whats going on with these temples & no reply...

SICKBOY TEMPLE, by letthemhang on Feb 27, 2008 11:21:47 GMT 1, I know you must be fuming, but please be assured that Sickboy is as gutted as the rest of you - some truly unavoidable circumstances (of the happiest kind) have led to this, and as we aren't hundred person companies with PR departments (for the most part..) when it hits the fan, things can easily snowball. He's been trying to deal with everybody personally, but that's proved to be more than he can cope with as new projects constantly arrive.
Hopefully the prints he's sending out will soften the blow for some of you, and he and I would beg your mercy, and also your remembrance that there's lots of very good things about dealing with tiny companies too.
Just not right now!

surely it would take less than 30 mins to refund everyone?

It's hard to explain the circumstances without giving out personal information (concerning the maker of the 3D temples), but it's quite serious.
Everybody who has paid should have been contacted - it would be great if anybody out there can affirm this. Anybody who needs a refund can email info@aerosolcolours.com to get that sorted, and Sickboy's apologies to anyone who slipped through the net, as he thought that everybody had been contacted.
The prints will be forthcoming, though I can't give you any info on them yet. Whether the 3D Temples will ever be made in quantity is still a moot point, but between us we'll try and keep you on speed.

I could live with the delay, accepted that there was a problem and we would be refunded, but that mail was 25th February, more than two weeks later no money, no print and therefore imo no respect for his fan base. If POW did something like this ppl would have been going mad weeks ago, come on SickBoy, don't make this problem roll on, contain it, make the refunds and lets see some new pieces on the streets, new prints and make sure your known for your great work
