everyone and their grandmother is aware of this release - this thread has very little relevance in terms of enlightening the unenlightened. btw, tic toc was very profitable for the two people who flipped them...the fact that only two were flipped (to my knowledge a la the bay) is testament to the artist...mine is safe and will remain here with me - I'm hoping to add this one and will be amped to the gills on coffee F5ing.

Let's give Josh some positive energy here guys. It's nice that we're fired up, but please drop the ego crap... I mean that in the best possible way. If you were the artist, you might see this thread and become a bit disenchanted that it seems that it's more about the people buying the art than the art itself...

BRP said on this forum that they had struggled with the recent Walker release because there were a few thousand peopl on the site at the time. When there's a Banksy release there can be up to half a million people on the POW site and it doesn't go down! They really need to start better preparing for what the increase in popularity brings, or as in some cases, just accept that buyers will go through tremendous stress trying to get a piece fr ages and then most will fail. I guess I can understand why they don't pump more money into upgrading their IT at these firms, I mean they sell out regardless! It's a shame that the more established ones don't respect the "buyer experience" more though! I don't include Josh in that, but maybe with another million in print sales he shoud be thinking about getting his act in gear! People dis' POW for print quality etc.., but they do deserve respect for running the best maintained site infrastructure in the business imo.
