Good to see Laz doing these books for every show now ;D with so much good stuff about its hard to afford everything you see, so books like this give people a chance to at least get a taste of the art.

To be honest some of Paul's earlier prints have shocking half-tone effects (same as some of Mr B's). I think I still prefer $in for the overall print quality - almost 'chalky' ink if that makes sense. One of my all time favourites of his.

I am a massive insect fan and am eagerly awaiting my star eyes special to rock up....seriously, this image since SG07 has been hyped up and now I see it am properly dissappointed.

Thanks for posting that photo of star eyes....I cant wait for mine to arrive now... the colours look incredible...and so bright.. 
I might buy laz a small pot of polly filler.  .. if the signed book is as good as I'm hoping...!

Paul Insect signed poison books , by Sacked... on Sept 21, 2008 20:24:19 GMT 1, Poped in yesterday after checking out the Baldwin show ,'pioson' was the better by miles (imho),even the setting was top Paul had obviously taken a lot of effort with the paste up baby heads on the wall and the wall painting in room 2 (now my mob wallpaper),Got the book and spent some time.on the train flicking through and sniffing the inks !!BTW Insect, more or less sold out whilst baldwin had prob sold about a third.

Fantastic show but the price point was ludicrous.
