Not so sure, if they were trying to inflate prices, the print would have sold for much much more, it's end price was very reasonable imho. My guess is that it's just kids going window shopping, trying something on, then walking out.

I've used eBay to sell a few prints before, and have never had this happen before. I had to file a 'so called' non paying claim with eBay. From there, I believe they contact the seller with details for payment, and if it doesnt get paid within a week or two they will waive the listing charges, and give the seller a non payment strike, whatever that is or means, I am not sure ...
There still seems to be quite a bit of interest here on the forum though -- nothing in stone, I'd also like to mention, if someone wants to trade for another signed Banksy (or unsigned Laugh Now or Happy Choppers or Bomb Hugger) plus some cash, I'd be open to hear some offers. I am particularly fond of NOLA and some rats.
