If I purchased your print I would simply contact POW and inform them that you were the original owner (i would hope you would be willing to give me your name) and ask them to put myself down as the new and current owner. Providing various pics of the print, number on reverse, receipt, tube etc shouldn't be a problem in obtaining a Pest Control COA. Easy peasy! |

I think it will depend if you are the original owner and no COA has been issued for the print. If you are the original owner, have the email from POW and receipt, then ok straight forward(in which case I would wonder why not get the COA first).
If you are not the original owner and bought it from someone, it can be tricky if a COA has been issued previous and you try to obtain one, as they will require a photo of the COA to make you the owner...that's when it gets tricky.
simply; if no COA had been issued, receipt and proof = not too much hassle

I'd love to see the mess they'd make of it! Some of the prints aren't to bad, LN, IFTL, GWRB as far as reproductions go but have you seen the mess that is CYW, VLH etc. Flag would certainly be interesting would end up looking like Pete Burns a few more ops down the line  ?.......

the issue number would be on the back where the blind stamp is, not sure about all the writing, maybe old and framed for ages. Would be an odd one to copy..
