It only takes one rotten apple to spoil the whole barrel! Where's the likes of lesbianwednesdays, crackawhacka, FPR, CBL etc etc (the good old wise fellas) gone eh?

I guess the ones who fort they would make a quick 5+k are getting stuck with prints they dont want nor can afford.
Someone also mentioned the "the greed" factor when it coems to moving these prints on. Just like any business, have a generous mark up and it will sell but when they first coem on the bay "v for vandal" at liek 10k. Come on,
Me personally i would of let them go on the day of getting one (which i didnt) ยฃ2k a piece.Nice profit and it would of sold.
I see one on the bay for 1495 buy it now (guess the landlord whats his rent haha)
and also a vandal airways buy it now ยฃ1700 lol

I sort of agree, without putting Walker in the same bracket as Sir Banksy, we seen this happen with colour trollies which at one stage hit ยฃ1350 on the bay! I think it is a consequence of so many prints being released at the same time ie. Trollies 500 and the three Walker releases 375. I think they will rise again in the long run, Walker is a class act! My first ever print was a Nikers!!

This may work to a certain extent but i don't think the forum is that powerful that it will bring the prices down so that you can afford to get one with your giros!

While I think the forum is very good at creating hype and convincing flippers they can get crazy prices for prints I don't think it will be responsible for prices dropping. The market will take care of that on it's own without any help from here.

Huge drop in bay prices for Walker, by sahoria on Apr 23, 2008 17:51:20 GMT 1, personally reason his prices have dropped is because everyone seen the first go for ยฃ3.5k and from that everyone tried knocking off ยฃ100 from the other listings and that then went down to ยฃ2.7k etc... your right think the prices will come down some more but think will stick to the ยฃ2k mark for the LTS print... they will rise again but think will be steady increase once more and more people hear how amazing the print actually looks...
surprised so many was on the bay to be honest but now there are only a few and then there will be more of a demand for one and that will push up the prices again... im just happy to have and like jed100375 and others looking forward to getting this framed up...
the vandal and airways print will go down a little to around the price stated above but then they will start increasing aswell... next few weeks will be interesting people will get in there homes and then decide how much they really like...i am sure the ones that have sold already when they open up the tube to take out the print will feel like they have made mistake but each to there own i guess... congrats to anyone that managed to get the prints and are keeping them...s

People were saying the same with the Laz Micallefs... but they keep slowly falling. This is the problem you will always have when more flippers than fans pick them up... You're right someone undercuts by ยฃ100, so someone else does and so on. While I don't think these will hit cost like the Laz Micallefs I wouldn't be surprised to see them ALL nudging ยฃ1000 at some point. Whether they will increase from there who knows, it's possible, but I think Vandal Airways is the only one that might... for me it's up with London TMA as the best in the series.

LTS print is fav of the prints released that day and looking forward to it arriving... micallef did release high edition numbers of the prints though but can understand where you are coming from...s

There are only 375 prints here. Secondly, the Laz experience left a bad taste in a lot of people's mouths regarding the Peacekeeper, etc. prints. Thirdly, the Walker hype is, IMO, more than Micallef's was at the time of the Laz show, at least in terms of 'profitability'. People, at least with any sense, will be waiting for the inevitable 'flood' of ebay sales to subside.
If you want to put markers down with regards to long term predictions, I think that it's 1.5k for V, 2k for Airways and 2.5k for Life. Not Banksy levels, but still a reasonable mark up.
