So, you're guessing that if 10 people work in the same office and all want a shot that they will all be canceled out as they all registered from the same IP from the same workplace... Well, I'm guessing that that's complete bulls**t!
According to that logic, anyone that works for a company with more than one employee wanting a shot at the print will be SOL as they both registered from the same IP. POW specifically states that a PERSON can only register ONCE. Why would they decide to cancel every registration that came from the same IP when you have multiple PEOPLE registering from the same IP? Not doing anything wrong, just registered themselves ONCE per the POW instructions. One entry per person... period.
Bottom line is they are collecting a great mailing list from all over the world. The issue will be if someone registers twice and wins both times. At that point, they are screwed... But the idea of using IP scanners to cancel out any duplicates from the same IP pretty much eliminates any office/coffeeshop/library registrations which would make no sense...
