Banksy Donuts Print, by Sundowner on Aug 11, 2009 21:59:17 GMT 1, I actually think this print looks far better in the flesh than in the images on the POW website which means that more people may decide to hold onto them (although the coming days and weeks will tell).
The colours are far more vivid than I envisaged (particularly on the donuts) and this, along with the fact that the lottery was widely publicised and this was an image from the Summer show potentially means that it wider appeal than a lot of his other prints.
I think we'll see the secondary market price of this level out at about ยฃ1,500 after the initial batch of prints have been flipped and made their way to those that want them.

I must say also i really like this print so much more colour and effort gone into it. I dont think i will get the chance again to own a banksy original but the ones at the bristol show blow his older prints out of the water.
I say that because there are normally one-two colours and yes the message may better in the older prints but i would much rather a banksy painting than a stencil.

Reckon its any day now though for the Chocolates, people have received their Strawbs already and Chocos have been picked up so hopefully Her Majesty will knock on my door before the weekend!
