they lost a package of that I had insured for $1500 and they ponied up no problems at all!
had to fill out a bunch of paper work but in the end I had a check in my hand two weeks later....

Hopefully the f**ker who stole it got caught on camera, I don't know if USPS would investigate that far into it, but that would be pretty cool if they caught him/her.
Still looking for Grannies unsigned and Trolley Hunters unsigned.... if someone hooks it up that would be awesome... still offering favorable offers.

Nothing funny about the situation, and I feel for the guy who's getting the short end of the stick.
I just had a spat with USPS - I couldn't have had things in more perfect order and I STILL had my claim rejected time and time again. Filed in October 2010 - STILL in dispute resolution for a much smaller number ($500).
I sincerely wish all the luck in the world - because he very well may need it.

Ohh, ehh I dont know 2 out of 100 + prints I would say is not bad, and the print was stolen from the tube, not damaged, so I would guess that it was stolen by a worker, and not the postman.
