I'm sure the pain of the shame of having his whole history online was more painful than paying back funds

The IP address is (probably) logged here, but for an ISP (Internet Service Provider) to reveal the person behind it, you'd need a court order.
And it's not to easy to find the right person if heยดs on a dynamic IP. I e an IP address that gets associated with a new user for every log in (at the ISP). Plus that he can claim that he has an open wifi-network so anyone could have used the ip at the time.

If so contact your cc company ASAP and you may be able to still do a chargeback. All hope isn't lost !
You may have to go to te police to show the cc company you are serious, but u should do that anyway.
If u is bank transfer contact your bank I know sometimes they too can do a chargeback depending on your bank.

So contact police, open the case, contact pay pal, your bank. Hope you'll be able to sort that out and return your money.

You underestimate the power of hackers (as do I) and the naivety of 99% of internet users
Court order to obtain the person behind IP.I think software/scripts have been in place for a LONG time to avoid that. Don't believe me then go and spend some time on some hacking forums(on the deep web)

I've done some homework and I'm confident my pricing is not only on the mark but the cheapest on the market at the moment.
The print has always been stored in my flat file and not displayed, it's in as new condition.
I've been in contact with Pest Control (as of this morning Aus time) and they have confirmed that I'm the registered owner. They will now happily verify this. The print comes complete with the original COA and PC approval.
My price is AUD $3955 (2,600 Pounds Sterling)
I also have this print listed on eBay but I'd prefer not to sell on eBay due to the excessive charges etc. Either way is fine though.
I can provide watermarked images with date etc on request. Please feel fre to contact me with any questions, I'm happy to assist.
