matt small book at lsg, by Harveyn on Nov 15, 2007 0:10:59 GMT 1, Checked with my CC company and the transaction has definitely gone through with TLSG so it looks legitimate.
Is there a concern that details have been stored by TLSG and that this location is not secure?

That's the worry. Just checked with my CC company and it's definitely going to 'The Leonard Street Gallery' but the real concern is, without being sure if its secure, whether others could now access the details and then use them.
I've cancelled my card for peace of mind. It'll only take three days for a new one to arrive. Not a great deal of hassle.

The concern is if they've made a pigs ear of getting a ssl certificate. The certificate authority is not recognised. (Those that issue a certificate). Credit card details and the like need to be encrypted through a secure channel authority. But the secure channel in this instance isnt 'recognised'.
Must a cheap certificate sorry wrong time to joke.

True. Bit of a hassle and hey, it'll probably all be fine. But on the off chance it isn't it'd be a lot greater pain in the arse.

Haha. Aye. I didn't want to panic anyone in saying I'd cancelled mine. It's a calculated risk really. I bet nothing happens, but I don't want to really be regretting it if something did happen. I know that scenario would bother me too much later on for the small risk to be worth it.

matt small book at lsg, by Leonard Street Gallery on Nov 15, 2007 13:50:23 GMT 1, Hi all
Apologies for the problem with our website ordering.
We are registering our certificate at the moment so the error message goes away but don't worry all the transactions are secure with the current certificate.
Also to ensure everybody knows whether they have definitely got their order placed we will send you each an email manually so there is no confusion, I will try and get this done over the next hour.
If you have any queries then feel free to contact the gallery on 02070339977 or email info@tlsg.co.uk and we will get back to you straight away.
Thanks
LSG

matt small book at lsg, by Leonard Street Gallery on Nov 15, 2007 16:48:13 GMT 1, Hi again
All of those that ordered previously and received blank receipts should now have had an email with your official receipt confirming your purchase. If you haven't and believe you have ordered I would give us a call straight away.
As I mentioned previously our site has been secure since our online store opened last Friday but we have now just installed a new certificate which avoids the confusing message you receive when you move to https (the secure site).
Thanks for your patience, we weren't expecting such a rush of orders (we hadn't planned to mail out details of the catalogue until Monday) but at least our bugs are now well and truly ironed out.
For those of you that are having your catalogues delivered we are planning to have this complete within the next 10 days (hopefully sooner).
Kind regards
LSG
