So gets around lots of loopholes and the seller would be perfectly within their rights to not refund.

Technically, the seller answered the question, although, it wasn't enough info for me to go with and listed condition was that it was in "good condition." Also, I wasn't sure that there were any of these that weren't numbered, so I balked at biddding.
