D*Face Pop Tart Print, by pezlow on Jun 5, 2007 10:38:14 GMT 1, Would love to know how many of these are actually going to end up on people's walls. Anyone who has kids an image like this in an absolute no-no (unless of course you want your kids to have nightmares).

yes this'll end up on my wall, love the image and the fact it's not child friendly - I want it to provoke a reaction,
no kids in my life (that i know of)

I'm more than a little jealous that you scored both of them!
Need to complete the set but I'm still waiting on my first one to arrive.

I've been wondering this as well, within days (hours almost) of this release prints were available from o'contemporary, nelly duff and now opus. If that was me I'd be getting flamed about now.

D*Face Pop Tart Print, by reados on Jun 7, 2007 10:26:03 GMT 1, got mine, its really vibrant, i dont think its to hideous for the wall in my lounge.
love it
until i bought a cli che i had never owned a d-face, the quality of his work is fantastic, i wish i had seen the o-contempory exhibition, i saw it online, and looked brilliant reallly clever stuff. He's one of my favourite artist at he moment, if he worked on his ideas behind the pictures and came out with something completely original and executed in the same quality he produces these in, he will be onto a winner.

i think prints should only be made available to re-sellers, who can then charge exorbitant prices to the people who wanted the print in the first place.... discuss....

D*Face Pop Tart Print, by carlito on Jun 7, 2007 10:58:45 GMT 1, BRP's prints are absolutely class quality wise and d*face is going to be massive - love his work - the yellow pop tart is cracking
i too would love hear framing ideas, recently got my Logan Hicks framed and this is the same size so its going to be dominating especially with the bright colours

D*Face Pop Tart Print, by reados on Jun 7, 2007 11:15:08 GMT 1, i would probably get it float mounted on a thick white square frame if you can get them to gesso the frame so its nice and matt white, the print will shine with nothing to hinder it. keep it simple.
that's just an idea

mine should arrive from nelly duff this week and i don't really want to leave it in the tube for too long and it doesn't sound like it will fit in an a1 portfolio.
