Don't be silly. That's like ending a movement based on value. There are still people producing surreal work, impressionist, classicists. You might not be able to afford Dali, Monet or Raphael but if you like the genre they have a thousand impersonators....

plus gonna meet up with a friend i haven't seen for a year or so and introduce him to the delights of free beer at private previews 
Doubt i'll be online in the morning to see the fight for the online prints, and to be fair even at ยฃ650 i'd be a fool to buy something....altho thats not stopped me before..............

It's wasn't made to be put in that context. It's for the "True" street art collecting enthusiast.
To me, The TMA Series is about the exhausted Street artist that's marveling at his work after blessing a city with his talents and hard work.
To price this to cater towards the Rich Doesn't Seem Very Street/ Hip hop or B-Boy to me (which is what the news bulletin from BRP stated he is)
Hope they can manage to "Keep It Real".

Only getting one print between the two of us so if you see an ali mcgraw looking bird in the cue and your too late ask nicely she might get one for you.

I think you missed the point a little there Pauly.
All im trying to get at is that maybe people need to think about the target market thats improtant and in the case of graff and urban art its probably not people with mega ยฃ's to blow (well it is if your in it for the cash)... The people who may have supported artists over the years and probably helped many artists get to the positions they are are in are being priced out of the market at the outset which dosent seem to make sense to me (and we're talking prints, i agree originals are a little different and do command a more unique price).
Anyway, i'll let it go now, hopefully i have made some sense.
Bring on the show, i'll be there for a 'look' only.

A well known name is now a prime target for the flippers, and it's simply a case of supply and demand.
