Touches on issues we don't like to discuss and although there are obvious Gervais trademarks, after a couple of episodes Gervais really pulls it off IMO. Worth giving a go.

Do not under any circumstances watch 47 Ronin, I wanted to stick hot pins in my eyes after watching this big pile of cac. I was on a plane to Antigua at the time and got so depressed I almost couldn't finish my G & T.

I have been waiting for this for a while. It's wonderful telly.
Watched the last one of the last series a little while ago too. Almost cried.
My son has been showing me out takes on YouTube. They are really funny. Gervais can't keep a straight face during the rude bits.
