I can't imagine anything worse than Halo 3... give me a good sports / driving game any time Exactly what part of blowing the crap out of everything in your path with ridiculously outrageous weaponry don't you like? ;D
It bores me... run at people, shoot people, run at more people, shoot people, get in a car, shoot people... zzzzzzzzzz ;D
Give me a nice tactical game like Metal Gear over that any time... although preferably give me a sports or racing game every time ;D

Most games are formulaic, even MGS, when you die you learn by your mistake, so next time you know to go up there, pick up this, wait for so & so to go by, press this etc etc all in order.
If you're playing a run around and shoot game or car racing etc with multi players over a LAN or internet it's a lot less predictable.

just been watching some clips of MGS4 over at HMV and the developer mentions that they've taken some tips from Gears of War in the way it plays....

actually a much better deal money wise to go for the ยฃ425 package with larger HD, extra controller, 2 games and a Blue Ray..

Indeed mate, I'd only prefer a MGS game over the likes of Halo etc

Loco Roco on the PSP was IMO the best game for that console to date - irritatingly addictive japanese game with a soundtrack that will have you humming it all day long.
Now I'm waiting for Team Fortress 2 and the ensuing lunchtime carnage that our LAN games usually bring ;D
