Tomorrow (2nd July)
Meet at Old Street Tube station (Northern Line). 2pm sharp.
Just OUTSIDE EXIT 1 of Old Street tube station. There is a bit of space just after the stairs of the exit, where we could meet up, under a sign for 'Smartline'. It's on the opposite side of the road from a large red bricked building ('Imperial Hall').
If for any reason you miss the 2pm start I will be leading the tour (hopefully) around the area for a while and you could pick us up on the corner of Pitfield St and Old Street at approx 2.45pm.
I have the route sorted in my head but hard to know how long it will take. I imagine we will be knackered after 3 hours of walking, with the odd stop of course.....
anyway, people can leave at any time they want. We will always be within a decent distance of Old Street, Aldgate East or Liverpool St tubes (forget Shoreditch tube because that one closes at 3pm on a sunday)

Guided Tour of Banksy Graffiti (& others) - Part 1, by HowAboutNo on Jul 2, 2006 19:52:10 GMT 1, Well, all in all it was a marvellous day - not too hot and definitely lots of people keen to get round as many Banksys as possible. I actually turned up late, but managed to luckily guess where they might be. When I walked up and caught them standing like a bunch of weirdos staring at the wall and taking pictures, I knew I was in luck!!
The die hards who stayed till the end put in a good 4 hours of solid walking. So well done to you all (Except Yummy Mummy - must try harder missus!!lol)
Thanks loads to Martin, and I am sure all who turned up will agree did an excellent job of making sure we all crossed the road safely, all got a bit of history about what we were looking at and even stopped at least once to do a head count...awwww..bless!
Here are my efforts of the day.
The gang (minus me thank God - its for the best!) plus a couple of other people who were camera shy at this point. Don't know all the names so will leave them off!! Will add them tomorrow and then need help filling in the blanks! All posing by Eine's "FU KER" stickers on Paul street. But yes, our two girls from LA did turn up and loved it!! Was good to see so many girls amongst us, thought it would all be hairy blokes!!
All snapping the Grin Reaper on Scrutton Street (Right next to POW office)
Yummymummy, GM, Sorry don't know, Puck, Sebgiambrone, Puck's Cousin, Martin (AKA Mido), NT101
All mourning the death of "Hoxton Maid" which has been painted over...not happy.
Access to Cargo denied!! (Had to pay to get in round the front and we couldnt face coming into that close contact with the Shoreditch Twa*s!)
GM's parachute Rat - She will kill me for putting this on the site if we ever meet again!!
And when finishing the day off in Brick Lane with a nice cold beer, (Martin had a far too healthy looking bean salad) the bloke who worked cooking burgers out front had this T - shirt on.. think he thought I wanted his bum when I asked if I could take a picture of him...no mate, just your T-shirt!!!
I actually spotted a fair few new Banksys and I think Martin did too, so good to get together just to swap battle notes! Can't wait for the next one!!

ZT 101 thanks for all your insider info and gm what a dark horse you are ! Really enjoyed the tour and i found a toxic rat on the corner of Oliver Street, near Old Street as i walked back.
