Maybe try Andipa, they'll take anything Banksy. The problem I see is obtaining provenance from Laz, without it you'll only get a fraction of it's true worth. Laz has been known to buy back older Banksy items and even help sell them for people, you may be in luck.
I don't think in this case Provenance is an issue. We all know that Banksy dun it. It's a complete one off after all. It's with a stencilled canvas or street piece that provenance is essential, as they're so easy to fake.

There is even a T.V in the background of this, similar to the t.v. that is being thrown out of the window on another one of Banksy's pieces. Nice, not too polished, colourful and great expression on the chimp !
