I noticed all those cameras last time I went to London, but hadn't noticed the term "cctv"... You see, we don't have that here in France though I heard on the radio a couple of days ago that they are now considering installing some surveillance cameras in the streets here too ! 
Big brother has a French relative, it seems...
now that I understand the meaning of this new Banksy piece, my word is : excellent !

I live in Yate, allegedly Banksys home town and myself and 2 colleagues are suspended from work and facing a disciplinary meeting on Friday ( 18th April) because of a manager who spied on our T-Breaks using CCTV.
Seriously I'm about to lose my job because of this shit. we took ;longer than we should have , even though there was a lull in our work schedule and now we're accused of Gross Misconduct.
More like Gross Spying, the B*st*rds.
