I hope this hasn't been covered too much, but I am new to this discussion group and am fascinated to find out a bit more about this CD. I have the well known Blur 'Think Tank' petrol head hand printed promo CD which most people know about. But just before Christmas I acquired a second version of the promo that doesn't have the usual design, instead it has a childs hand print in pink on the front (hopefully you can see the image I have attached to the thread). Does anyone know a bit more about this design? Have you seen any others? Any information would be great... thanks for taking the time to read this post.

Blur 'Think Tank' promo CD with pink childs hand, by Agent Provocateur on Jan 14, 2008 11:00:59 GMT 1, buddings, yes it says artwork by banksy on the reverse... i also have the more well known petrol head promo cd which (as far as i can see) is exactly the same pre-printed cd sleeve. the card is the same and the type on the front and reverse are exactly the same... the only thing that differs is the hand printed artwork on the front.
buffin, me too me too... i would love to find out more. as you say we know they were hand printed, but because i have heard people mention there were (appprox.) 1,000 of the petrol head version can banksy have hand produced them all himself? or did he have a team of trained 'stamping rats' to call on!? regarding this pink child hand print, no one seems to have any knowledge of why, where, how etc
i will continue my lonely vigil for that illusive info...

Dr Plip soooo long ago, any reason why you just quoted that post? There was another pink hand version on ebay a year or so ago. They had it listed as the only one they knew off, so I messaged them and said I had one but no more informationโฆ they amended their listing to say another one was out there.

Rather than just lift your photo without permission, I just quoted your post to show that there are other versions out there.
