You know on the back of a cd there is a serial number that is printed (lasercut) on the back. You would need to have similar sequences than the writeable CDs Banksy used.
I never seen someone commit that much to producing a (real) fake of this one!

The one to check is the one etched into the silver in the 'run out' circle towards the centre of the CD.
The Ink on the white side of the CD looks original to me as it has a slight blurring around the edge as though it has bled into the white paper. It also shows highlighted elements in the writing as you get with a market or Sharpie. I'm not sure those would come out on a copy.
I'm looking at mine as I type this.

Looking to sell my Banksy / Paris Hilton CD.. Mint condition, with the correct CD manufactures serial number printed on the inner ring of the disc. Basically its 100% legit. Played it once since I got it first hand, noscuffs or marks.
These things (one of first edition of 500) went for 3000gbp at Sortherbys in 2008 (or one of them did) at the hight of the Banksy fever c2008
Some other guy was offered 750 for one not long ago but didnt want to sell it for that by the looks of things - I could be wrong.
OK so Im looking at 850gbp.. good offers considered.
