A: Hi It was printed by POW I do not have a name of who printed it. As has already been covered in some detail on the other questions asked there is no way of verifying this. It is a pinter's proof, they do not have COA they are not part of a normal print run. I tried contacting POW in the past to see if they would verify it and they did not get back to me despite many attempts at contact. I imagine they do not see this as a top priory as is not something they would ever sell. Sorry

They are items that rarely come up for sale, and are not part of the artist's offical print run they are what is produced to 'test' the artwork. I would recommend that you do not bid for the item unless you are satisfied that this is what you are looking for.
