Thought I'd show you a new canvas I just finished.
It's entitled "Locus Terminus" and is 24x36" painted in acrylcis and spraypaint and features a lot of the face built up with layers of collaged canvas to add depth and texture.
Like a lot of my portrait I'm trying to get a sinister brooding element contrasted with an feeling of dark beauty.

Sometimes I do continue the design onto the side but that usually is only on my lettering canvases as should be the case on the Twisted piece you own.
I have painted on deeper canvases but I always use prestretched box canvases so painting a design round edges is a lot of work for not much added to the overall effect as the image is meant to be viewed straight on rather than at an angle.
But I've got some ideas I'm playing with to add an extra dimension to pieces by playing around with the angles.

Yeah they were meant to be out in december but they missed the launch date as they were waiting for the official stamp to be manufactured.
There's 5 prints of my favourite canvases each a hand signed edition of 25 printed on A2 (420 x 594 mm) 308 gsm Hanamuhle rag and embossed with a Graphotism stamp of authenticity.
