Bloomsbury Auctions ๐ฌ๐ง, by samfrost on Jun 20, 2014 22:27:17 GMT 1, Give me Bacon over Banksy at this rate. The current dislocation in the market towards Banksy is presenting new opportunities to own some great names.

Bloomsbury Auctions ๐ฌ๐ง, by Dungle on Jul 3, 2014 18:38:00 GMT 1, It was a crazy auction when Banksy came up.
All early stuff Miro's etc struggled, loads unsold.
Banksy comes up and 5 phone bidders, loads of internet bidders and multiple people in the room.
I ended up with nothing. Was relatively close on a couple, but the prices were mental.

Yeah, I have to say I struggle with the Christies website.

Bloomsbury Auctions ๐ฌ๐ง, by Dr Plip on Jul 3, 2014 21:48:06 GMT 1, I recently purchased an Unsigned Banksy / Sothebys / Laz catalogue which contains lots and lots of pretty Banksy pictures from Wiz.
Well, after enjoying owning it, something has come up which means I have to make some difficult choices about what I can keep. I won't go into details, but my wife has decided (after exploring all other options) that it's in my best interest to have myself circumcised. So with this change in my circumstances and facing some costly medical bills (I'm going private with my privates), I'm regretfully going to have to let this iconic Banksy item go.
I paid 8K for it, but as most of you will know, Banksy prices have moved on quite a bit since then.
I'm now looking at a figure that I have in my mind. I won't share that figure with you, but I can tell you that it's somewhere between 14 and 15k.
As always, wealthy timewasters welcome.
Edit: I reserve the right make up offers.

Bloomsbury Auctions ๐ฌ๐ง, by Deleted on Jul 3, 2014 22:14:52 GMT 1, I recently bought a Banksy / sothebys / laz catalogue containing lots and lots of pretty Banksy pictures, i bought it from Plip on here, its as good as new, thing is, although im not actually married my wife wouldnt like it on the wall and as the underbed portfolio area is chocca at present i have reluctantly decided to offer this up incase someone missed out first time. Im entertaining offers on this of around 17k ish but not more than 22k definitely at the time being. The last one of these sold for a tad over 16k I think?, so I want more than that obviously, I dont work for nothing. If you have a problem with me selling it then thats exactly waht it is, your problem, deal with it, i have no problem, so consequently no solution.
'Marcel Marceau'
edit. This has now sold for 22k GBP, it sold even before I posted this post, i may have another somewhere?.
