I recently purchased an Unsigned Banksy / Sothebys / Laz catalogue which contains lots and lots of pretty Banksy pictures from Wiz.

Well, after enjoying owning it, something has come up which means I have to make some difficult choices about what I can keep. I won't go into details, but my wife has decided (after exploring all other options) that it's in my best interest to have myself circumcised. So with this change in my circumstances and facing some costly medical bills (I'm going private with my privates), I'm regretfully going to have to let this iconic Banksy item go.

I paid 8K for it, but as most of you will know, Banksy prices have moved on quite a bit since then.

I'm now looking at a figure that I have in my mind. I won't share that figure with you, but I can tell you that it's somewhere between 14 and 15k.

I recently bought a Banksy / sothebys / laz catalogue containing lots and lots of pretty Banksy pictures, i bought it from Plip on here, its as good as new, thing is, although im not actually married my wife wouldnt like it on the wall and as the underbed portfolio area is chocca at present i have reluctantly decided to offer this up incase someone missed out first time. Im entertaining offers on this of around 17k ish but not more than 22k definitely at the time being. 
The last one of these sold for a tad over 16k I think?, so I want more than that obviously, I dont work for nothing.
If you have a problem with me selling it then thats exactly waht it is, your problem, deal with it, i have no problem, so consequently no solution.

More auctioneering games....auction prices do not always equal real market clearing prices. A gallerist or large holder of an artist boosting prices to support the secondary market happens all too often....whether on eBay or at Sotheby's.

Lots of stuff there, but be careful because the fees with this house seem to be in the range of 30% of the hammer price for US buyers.

That really is a heap of Banksy's. I am kind of surprised at how many are listed. If I was in control of the show I would have limited the number of prints on auction to keep the prices high but we'll see how it goes.

If they undersell or don't sell it could cause a wave of panic where people send theirs to auctions and prices for prints fall and other artists prints fall too and street art being these nice pictures painted on walls by professionals becomes known as folk art.

I think people will ignore the Banksy pieces and focus on the Bambi piece that follows them
