From the listing
"The piece will be shipped fully insured in the extremely wide POW tube that it arrived"
So they are shipping in tubes.

Mine hasn't arrived but I'm sure it'll be fine (unless Royal mail fucks it up but that's another matter) ;D

POW certainly know how to sell prints and they have made efforts to improve packaging but as an overseas buyer receiving a mint print in my experience is almost impossible.

Even in a good tube like the Black Rat? Recently I bought a print from POW and they send it in a wide tube like these...should be fine for the invader. (Actually better than flat as flat can get bent)

My Vandal Air came damaged from BRP its not the tube I've never had one crushed just mashed to hell on one or both ends from being banged around. I am hoping for the best

Invader • Invasion Prints 09, by RYCA on Dec 30, 2009 9:52:00 GMT 1, when i need to send a print flat (95% are tubed), i use mdf (6mm or 12mm) and sandwich the print between two pieces. i have never had a print damaged this way. its alot more costly than a tube but it keeps the print in its best original state. its worth looking at this as a secondry postage option? i would pay extra to have a print like this shipped flat.

I think sticking this embossed print between 2 bits of mdf would destroy it unless you had spacers of some kind to stop it getting squished...

of course, you'd only need a 1.5mm spacer, or they should look i to bespoke packing for items of such value, this is the point i'm trying to make...
