If i were POW i would be selling my prints on e bay and only letting a few out via lottery ..
£2000.00 extra profit per print x 250 is half a million pounds !!
Maybe POW are the "Flippers"

Back when I missed grannies and morons, if I wanted to buy a signed print, they would have cost (on ebay) approx $5-6000 (sepia) and $6-10000 reg signed. Out of my range at the time and more than I would pay even if I could. So the feeling of missing out back then was even worse.
At least now almost anyone with a good job/career could afford one if you really love the image. But if not, just suck it up and move on, maybe you'll win next year or the next? But POW have done more than they need to do to make this fair.

i do flirt with this thought from time to time, however POW would not do this to us. they are a very well run establishment and do actually care about the people collecting the art the distribute, hence the low source price for a banksy. (or at least i like to think this) (although im sure if banksy allowed them to sell for more then they probably would incertase the price, but who could blame them?

virgin 'flippers' will not be that savvy to realise the order will get canceled if pow. only the true serial 'flipper' know the rules.
