The original purchasers name helps prove it's authentic, but putting it in your name? What you talkin bout? Pay £50 they'll send you a certificate, but they don't put anything in anyones name.
I always ask the seller the name the print is registered under. I email dora this name and she comes back with a yes or no. You have to get the name exactly right. Once the deal goes through I send her the pictures and get it put under my name (I assumes she checks with the seller as well). One time a guy had two of the same print under his name and she came back to me to double check which number was going under my name. I keep printed copies of these emails for my records. I only buy with coa so not sure how it works when you don't have coa's in place. I thought everybody did this, obviously not.

Banksy - No Ball Games (GREEN), by snausages on Dec 21, 2009 7:28:37 GMT 1, If you have a NBG with the standard PC certificate all you have to do is verify the number sequence with PC/POW. This idea that they "put a print under your name" is a bit over the top, maybe they will add your name to the owners list to help with future verification purposes, but really not necessary if you got the cert.

You cant change the name with pow i have an email from dora confirming this, the original name is the only name it will registered with.

"Please follow the link on our site for authentication, include a copy of the COA and we'll update our database with your name"
i did that about a month ago, but havent got a response.

Too vivid for me - could only work against a white wall I reckon, and does not relate to the original street piece - not too many fluorescent green walls out there 
A bit like the B&W trolleys looks better than the colour one IMO (and I have a colour one not a B&W one BTW)
