Let's not get too dramatic about it. I entered I won last time, that's luck for you, no tricks. But hopefully POW checks against double names. Surely something would look odd to them when phony made up name "John Doe" or whatever wins but then the print gets shipped to Bob Smith. And hopefully they do some kind of cross check against duplicate names, even though there may be some legitimate duplicate names.
But really I don't see the point in getting wound up in conspiracy theories. If you get lucky you get lucky, if not life goes on.

Now I don't believe it was confirmed either way that was a problem but I'd rather be safe. Did anyone get to the bottom of that to find out if same IPs will be excepted or not. If that's the case I would definitely sign up more time.

POW confirmed that the same IP is fine the only thing they will be checking is similar or same names and address , But in saying that around 12 people entered from my work and no one won.

I would not worry too much about that as people may have different changed their email address in 6 months i.e mrx@hotmail.com now mrx@virgin.net so i think it would only be an issue if u try and buy two!

Not quite sure how you would do it properly given that you have to provide a name when you register. Perhaps they can't weed out multiples where your name is John Smith but for most people it would be pretty obvious (and a quick check of IP would confirm, yeah I know they said last time that they didn't check IP but if there were lots and lots of possible duplicates then that would be the route I would go down if I was POW).
If you put in a fake name then it would be relatively easy to weed out at the checkout given that you would have to provide a name and a credit card withthe name at that stage.
All in all probably not worth the risk.

NO! it clearly says....... "you DO NOT have to register again." if you do you then get a message saying you have already entered which would mean no harm done and good luck.

I suspect that if you try to change the name it will raise suspicions and it will be checked against the rest of the database. I would suggest that entering with fake names is a bad idea.

Don't worry Hollie, I won last time and re-entered my details having read your post and was told my details were already registered, so I think POW may be confused. 
Bottom line is, you've gotta be in it to win it and if there is no risk of being penalised by registering again and checking your details are logged, then it's clearly worthwhile.

When I was too slow at F5ing for Stop and Search, I was mildly gutted.
When my ticked didn't come out of the hat for Nola, I was fine about it.
When I didn't win VLH lottery, I moved on with my life quickly
But when I didn't win the Donut lottery, I was gutted again!
What cheered me up through all of that was a good mate selling me his colour trolleys at cost...I bought him a nice xmas present to say thanks as he's a top bloke. Have entered this one and if I win I will be ecstatic and on the blower to my framer straight away. If not, c'est la vie, with some luck there will be others in the future
