Banksy - No Ball Games (GREEN), by blerd on Jan 30, 2018 9:19:12 GMT 1, I love this Banksy one of my favs. I'm not sure why anyone is brave enough to put a sale thread on this forum. From what I can see the following happens:
a. If a price isn't listed, people will scream blue murder.
b. If a price is listed its to high.
c. If no Pictures are immediately listed, people will scream blue murder. (possibly justified).
d.If pictures are listed, someone with no intention of buying the print will point out damage that isn't there.
e.If the print (Banksy only) doesn't sell in 2.4 seconds then someone will say Banksy's market is dead and your a greedy capitalist.
d. if the print does sell in 2.4 seconds someone will say it sold to a gallery, and you've been ripped off.

Reason I didn't put the price up is for all the above reasons, plus I don't know the current market price. This is why I asked for offers over giving a specific price. The links above are helpful (thanks) so I'll do a bit more research and hopefully get this on its way.

Hey Nex, I know what you mean. I was made redundant at 56 one year ago and wasn't sure how things were going to pan out. Difficult to sit with a print on the wall valued at ยฃ28k and not sell it, however I was confident that I'd get out of that dip and fortunate for me I did. My wife on the other hand would have sold it the day I got told about my redundancy.... ....each to their own. |
