Banksy Happy Chopper Print, by uglyiq on Jun 18, 2008 23:45:28 GMT 1, Hmmm...don't really want to get into a handbags at dawn thing but I've tried hard not to make this a bidding war - I set what seems to be a good guide and got a number of offers within (+/-) 10% of this - I've not disclosed any individual offer to anyone and have contacted anyone who's start offer was close to let them know we'll put the names in hat and choose 1 if they want to be included - Don't know how I could have done this any fairer really when I could have just taken the highest single offer and ignored everyone else - I believe most people would like to know if their bid is close and have the chance (their own choice) to increase it slightly to match others and be put into a draw for the winner - I hope other members will back me up in that all my past sales have been conducted as fairly as possible (beejoir may remember I turned down one of his offers as it was TOO MUCH)
anyway that's my trumpet blown

Just wondered if anyone wouldn't touch them with someone else's because they are unnumbered.
I'm attempting to guage the feeling about adding unnumbered work to the collection including the future investment angle rather than questioning the authenticity.
From a complete novice point of view as far as Banksy goes, I think that it's much more interesting to me for these to have a story and such fantastic provenance rather than just be another number in a massive run. Can't understand why they wouldn't be as much as the numbered ones if not more.
What am I missing exactly?

But, how does one distinguish a gentleman from a non-gentleman, and does it make any difference if you are servicing them. I guess it all comes down to the type of service, and whether you are the servicer or the servicee.....
i believe a gentleman um coughs before reaching the end of his servicing....
