I've had a look through the emails from the seller to me and have found that he states the print was dry mounted using "water based glue" as he tracked down the gallery /framers where it was done. It's his word though and I will happily fwd the emails to the successful buyer.
Also the firm interest that I have had are all decent offers, I'm possibly looking at upwards of 7k taking everything into consideration.
I don't think there will be a sub 10k HC on the market ever again (my opinion only!).
Finally I was busy WhatsApping pics to potential buyers last night if anyone else would like them please PM me your mobile and I will do the same. I removed it from the frame and took pics of the back and front and COA... I have to say the colours ping and it looks super.

If the print hammered at 30k or 32k, with 20% or 25% buyers fee then you’re already over the $36k. Condition is also a contributing factor. Please feel free to make an offer but it must be close and reasonable. Thanks for the feedback, I’ll post auction results from this past year and see how much the average price went for.

Actually, 30k was the hammer price. I looked at Forums fee schedule and there was a 25% buyers premium on top. You shouldn’t reference auctions based off of the hammer price. That isn’t what the buyer paid. The buyer paid close to 38k usd. Take a look at the condition report. It also said that there was a crease and tape on the back. This one is mint (according to OP). His ask is more than fair. I think that auction is old now and prices have gone up since then. Banksy has done a few thing in the interim and it always drives up demand and price. OP - your ask is just fine. Maybe even a little too low.
