I was sent an email from othercriteria.com which is the current official source of Damien Hirst publications (prints, books etc) The email was announcing that:
50 signed posters now available.
100 signed posters in four different designs now available.
These, in my opinion are very nice and they have been signed. I'm guessing these are going to go mighty quick at ยฃ75.
They are also only slightly more expensive than Zeus 'Error System'

tricky to navigate... forget it unless you're using internet explorer. then where it says the price (ยฃ30), click on the V next to it, and the option for signed comes up. click on that, then add to basket.

The gold one in the portrait orientation. I thought long and hard about whether to get the portrait or landscape one (they're both the same size), and thought the portrait one was more aesthetically pleasing to me 
Can't believe I got a signed Hirst for ยฃ75!! Granted, it's only a litho poster, but Hirst is a legend, and that image is wicked!

so i tried again and i got the same error.... icalled my bank and they said the charge went through but i didnt get a confirmation email or anything confirming that my order was placed from the store....anyone have this problem?

I used a Visa too, and left those fields empty... but it went through anyway. Did you accidentally enter your security number in the place of issue number? The field in which you enter your information is below the title (e.g. "Issue Number:"), did you enter it on top instead?
The layout and site design cool as heck, but I can see how it can get a little confusing
