CWSB was 25k I think. - Great to see so many iconic pieces in one go......the prices are mental, about 50% of the prints were sold, meaning quiet have few morons have been in there.......

It's his second show there isn't it, were there Banksy prints at the first one. I didn't think so, but someone I know claims there were....were there any prints by anybody available..?

So were CND, J&J & GR at £20k then?

you have to bare in mind that the vendor, on a 20k sale through Andipa will probably only walk away with about 12k, which in turn massively magnifies the asking price way above market value.

when i was first there an elderly local boy parked up his range rover right outside and ran in expecting to pick up a canvas for 30k, I told him he was about 8 months late, and he should pick up a few prints for that money. i asked him if he had tried ebay, he asked me "whats that". he looked frantic, knew nothing about banksy or "urban art" but someone had obviously told him to invest. and with the "property market the way it is" it looked like he was prepared to take this calculated risk with 30 large. i guess that is mainly the market for andipa prices!
