not paid for weeks??? you do know "weeks" in the business world with invoices is nothing, right? I own a business and there are times it takes 90+ days out to get paid on invoices... I really doubt D* was sweating a few weeks, especially with international dealings as well as financial institutions releasing funds, not something that just happens within a matter of days... I also think D*face is a big boy and if he has any problems he can speak for himself.. otherwise it's all hearsay and we all pretty much know that doesn't mean shit...

When I decide to hand over "x" amount of cash to a gallery i would want to think they are a professional organisation, reading this thread, and this thread alone, i am not so sure if i would feel comfortable dealing with this gallery.
Just my 2 cents...

On one hand, you have people stating hearsay regarding history of transactions past (fact or fiction) and when Jetset tries to defend himself, people jump all over him regarding the fact that he tries to tell his side of the story and dismiss it as "bad business". On the other hand, had he not responded, people would say that the rumours "must be true" due to the fact that he hasn't responded.
For the record and once again, I will say that I'm happy with my communications and purchase of Riot. I even had a shipping issue that warranted concern that was immediately addressed by Jetset. If you are going to condemn a person, at least make up your minds as far as how such a person can address such condemnation.
Jesus... The guy is damned if he responds and damned if he doesn't respond. On one hand, you have people stating hearsay regarding history of transactions past (fact or fiction) and when Jetset tries to defend himself, people jump all over him regarding the fact that he tries to tell his side of the story and dismiss it as "bad business". On the other hand, had he not responded, people would say that the rumours "must be true" due to the fact that he hasn't responded.
For the record and once again, I will say that I'm happy with my communications and purchase of Riot. I even had a shipping issue that warranted concern that was immediately addressed by Jetset. If you are going to condemn a person, at least make up your minds as far as how such a person can address such condemnation.

but looks like by some light prodding its been sorted so enjoy your prints, it had the potential to go FUBAR though.

If you had any business nous you would have denied freerange's statement, confirmed that the prints were on the way and than followed up by making sure all your customers were happy with what they received.
Instead you air your dirty laundry on the forum (again) with great hostility and a aggresive tone.
You're doing yourself no favors, I would suggest sacking yourself from PR and employing someone else to do it all for you as you do not have the right mindset to deal with any customer issues and complaints.
I think your gallery is a toy. Completely devoid of customer service until it is pushed by someone standing up (correctly or incorrectly) on the forum.
And you wonder why you have a bad name / reputation! With the economy the way it is you would think you would be working harder to gain customer's trust instead of giving people another reason not to buy directly from you.
