Now he's produced a print that will literally bring tears to your eyes ( because
it's made by pushing household bleach through a silk
screen stencil). Each one is individually customised and has small variations in colour, but each one is a winner. What effect will this have over the life of the print? Will it cause ongoing deterioration to the print as it has done to my shorts due to carelessly spilling some domestos on them?

Vhils ๐ต๐น Street Art โข Carved Concrete โข Art For Sale, by Wiseblood on Jun 19, 2008 13:20:12 GMT 1, its not the pH of the bleach that would be the problem its the strength, normal household bleach is less than 10% where as industrial strength is 99.7% (i have some in my garage) the 99% gear will eat through anything in seconds, where as if its just house hold bleach diluted down to a very small percentage then it should have a similar effect to the colour but not deteriate the paper that is printed on.

That's if it survives long enough to reach you! I can see lots of phone calls to POW - "Why have you sent me an empty tube for 275 quid??? - "Well there was a print in there when we posted it but that does not guarantee that there will still be a print in there when it arrives!"
